Necessary documents Waiver/ECTN at time of execution. 

• Copy of bill of lading
• Commercial invoice including freight charges in USD or euro
• GUOT (Guichet Unique des Opérations Transfrontaliers) provided by importer
• Telephone number and email address of the consignee
• HS codes
