The minimum information we will require in order to provide you with a rate, is cargo details, place of departure and departure status (whether or not cargo  has already departed.) 
On that basis we will be able to provide you with the rates. 

Necessary documents for a waiver/ECTN at time of execution;

• Copy of bill of lading
• Commercial invoice including freight charges in USD or euro
• Export customs document
