The minimum information we require in order to provide you with rate, is cargo details, place of departure and departure status (whether or not cargo has already departed.) 

Necessary documents for a waiver/CNCA at time of execution:

• Copy bill of lading
• Commercial invoice including freight charges in USD or euro
• DU form, (Documento Único Provisório) to be provided by importer
• HS codes
• Taxpayer number of importer (NIF card number)
